| To request your copy of the FS-5 v2.0 upgrade, please contact our technical support team, by email (support@focusinfo.com), to request a copy of the FS-5 v2 Upgrade. You will need to include the Serial Number and Manufacture Date in your request. Both of these numbers can be found inside the unit's battery compartment. | |
